"Really thankful for the quality"
I’m really happy with this so far. It feels sturdy, looks good, and even after a few months of use it’s still holding up really well. Definitely grateful I went with this one.

"Pretty decent site, but needs clearer info!!!"
I used the site to look for some garden stuff and it was okay!!! I found what I needed without too much hassle, so that was nice!!! Some of the product pages had good photos, but I did wish there were more details, especially things like sizes or what actually comes included!!! The navigation was fine overall, but on mobile it felt a little clunky at times!!! Not a bad experience, just think the product info could be clearer!!!

"Still waiting and not sure what’s going on"
It still hasn’t arrived, and I have no idea when it’s supposed to show up at this point. I keep checking for an update, then forget about it for a bit, then remember again and check one more time... still nothing. Frustrating

"Wrong stuff showed up and the box was a mess"
I ordered a few bits for the garden and, well… not the smoothest delivery. One of the items was wrong, another one just wasn’t in the box at all, and the packaging looked rough when it arrived. Like, badly taped and half-crushed, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Customer service did get back to me, to be fair, but it was still a hassle to sort everything out when I just wanted what I ordered

I’m usually careful about what I spend, so I was happy that the prices felt reasonable. The quality was better than I expected for what I paid, and overall it felt like a solid value without feeling like I overdid it...

"Quick help when I needed it"
I messaged gardeniashop with a quick question and, they got back to me really fast. I didn’t have to chase them or wait around for days, which I definitely appreciated. It was simple and easy, and that’s really all I was hoping for
